About the position

Niomon is seeking an Interaction and Visual Designer who is passionate about creative problem solving and eager to lead dynamic experience design engagements. The role involves defining user interactions and interfaces for both new and existing products, developing storyboards, mockups, and prototypes, and evaluating usability to enhance product effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Define the user interaction and user interface for new and existing products and features.
• Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Evaluate the usability of new and existing products, and push for changes that improve usability.

Requirements

• Educated in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing usable interfaces for web or mobile-based applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated experience in designing usable interfaces for popular web-based products and/or mobile applications.
• Strong visual design sense and attention to details.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing and fast-paced product development culture.
