About the position

The Interactive Account Coordinator at AGS, LLC is an entry-level role designed for a motivated individual who will support the Account Managers within the Interactive Division. This position focuses on ensuring client satisfaction and success through various initiatives, including marketing material creation, data visualization, content development, and event coordination. The role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the account management team, helping with day-to-day tasks that ensure client success.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, marketing decks, and other promotional materials using data insights, visualizations, and copywriting.
  • Work closely with the marketing, game development, customer service, and compliance teams to execute key projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Help in planning and executing industry conferences and events by coordinating logistics, materials, and on-site execution.
  • Support the development of website copy, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing collateral, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting account performance data, analyzing trends, and presenting insights to inform account strategy and optimizations.
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new partners by coordinating across departments to ensure timelines are met and materials are delivered accurately.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in how accounts are managed and optimized.
  • Manage smaller projects and provide updates on key deliverables to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or account support role (experience in the gambling industry is a plus but not required).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including copywriting, design basics, and event coordination.
  • Proficient in creating presentations and marketing decks, with a solid grasp of data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Tableau, Excel).
  • Basic understanding of project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to proofread content.
  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset, ready to support and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Experience or interest in the interactive gaming or gambling industry is a plus.
  • Growth mindset, eager to learn, develop, and contribute in a dynamic environment.
