Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging Members in meaningful conversations during account transactions.
• Educating and advising Members on Credit Union products and services based on their needs and goals.
• Performing Member account maintenance and transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and cash exchanges.
• Building Member relationships through value-added promotion of products and services.
• Contributing to the Member feedback program.

Requirements

• High level of competency in financial solutions and products.
• Ability to engage Members effectively through live video interactions.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred for interpreters).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or financial services industry.
