About the position

Responsibilities
- Possess an understanding of engineering principles, concepts, engineering manuals, technical directives, and/or applicable test procedures.
- Serve as an expert in the field of cost estimating.
- Operate standard cost estimating software.
- Direct staff on procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies of the cost estimating industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in engineering from an accredited program.
- Possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License.
- One year of specialized experience developing cost estimates for proposals and preliminary designs.
- Utilizing cost estimating software, such as RSMeans (CostWorks) and MCACES (MII).
