About the position

The position involves performing duties related to computer engineering, electronics engineering, and computer science as a Software Developer. Responsibilities

• Perform computer engineering, electronics engineering, and computer science duties as a Software Developer.
• Plan, manage, and schedule innovative programs or projects.
• Conduct critical analyses and evaluations of large engineering projects.
• Develop integrated agency transition strategies.
• Evaluate contractor's requests for design deviations and assess cost implications.
• Ensure programs and projects align with DoD information architectures.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Education must be accredited by an institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• For Computer Engineer positions, a degree in professional engineering is required, or a combination of education and experience in engineering sciences.
• For Computer Scientist positions, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required with specific coursework in mathematics and statistics.
• Experience in software planning, risk management, design, development, and testing using software development methodologies is necessary.
