About The Position

Requirements

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering or global equivalent and ten years of work-related experience.

• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Project Engineering Lead on FEED and Detail Design projects.
• Advanced knowledge of complex control systems and instrumentation design.
• Practical experience in layer of protection analysis (LOPA) and HAZOP reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall engineering execution leadership on small to mid-sized projects.
• Manage the performance of the engineering team and ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the interfaces between engineering disciplines and identify critical activities for execution strategy.
• Review project scope and baseline documents for all project phases.
• Lead the development of the Project Execution Strategy for engineering functions.
• Coordinate engineering schedule planning sessions and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Champion open communication and a positive project culture among team members.
• Verify engineering work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Support implementation of cost competitive execution techniques and value awareness programs.
• Lead and support the implementation of change management procedures for engineering functions.
