About The Position

Our client is a global provider of informatics software and expertise to support diagnostic testing across healthcare, life sciences and public health. They are seeking a Interface Engineer to join their team! The Interface Engineer implements and deploys technically complex software solutions in clients' SaaS environments. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining healthcare interfaces in Rhapsody and ensuring the successful implementation of interface solutions while following best practices and efficient processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Significant experience with an interface engine may be a substitute for a degree.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in interface engineering implementation and maintenance in SaaS settings.
• Experience with software programming.
• Strong background in HL7, JSON, JavaScript, SQL, C#, Scripting Languages, PL/SQL.
• Familiar with Databases and IT/Networks. IIS, .NET.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the healthcare, laboratory, and/or scientific industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute interface projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Install and configure interface solutions using Rhapsody in a SaaS environment, ensuring that projects are properly implemented per clients best practices.
• Work with sites to complete necessary specifications and ensure that projects stay within scope.
• Analyze and understand urgent or critical problems, escalating to peers and/or management, as necessary.
• Perform testing on implementations and other solutions developed.
