- Manage changes to curriculum, instruction, assessments, and school structures.
- Evaluate educators and support staff to improve learning and teaching.
- Supervise student attendance and discipline as directed by the principal.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of the School Improvement Plan.
Requirements
- Proven experience in educational leadership and administration.
- Strong understanding of middle-level education practices.

- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
