About The Position

The position involves partnering with the CEO to develop both long- and short-range operational plans and capital budgets. The candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for preparing cash flow analyses, budget variance analyses, and internal financial reports. Additionally, the role includes reporting on hospital performance and proposing remedies for any undesirable trends. The successful candidate will ensure the timely completion and reporting of all financial data and reports, including payroll tax reports, public disclosure reports, and third-party payor reports.

Requirements

• BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• CPA, MBA or MA strongly preferred
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Previous experience as CFO
• Experience with investor-owned healthcare organization required
