About The Position
Encompass Technologies is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Leader to support the company for a six-month term. This role is crucial for managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and retention, as well as preparing investor and board reporting, quarterly forecasting, and budget finalization for 2025. The FP&A function will also involve building and managing the company's long-term financial model and collaborating with cross-functional partners on financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
