About the position

The Interim Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the marketing operations at Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union during a temporary leave of absence. This role is crucial for ensuring that all marketing campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The manager will support both acquisition and retention efforts while fostering a productive work environment for the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to ensure all campaigns and activities are tracked and analyzed to provide ROI and insights for improvements.
  • Manage the marketing function budget, including forecasting, tracking and reporting.
  • Act as primary point of contact for branch managers and the contact center to supply all necessary marketing materials and keep the front-line teams informed of upcoming marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.
  • Maintain the website and app operations in good order, collaborating with IT teams.
  • Lead the development and documentation of marketing processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide creative support in the forms of creative assets and content development and production for the marketing team and the broader organization.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate marketing performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years combination of experience in marketing and direct leadership, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, business administration, or related field, or more than eight years of related experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiar and comfortable with information technology, particularly digital means of communication.
  • Ability to commute to Albuquerque, NM 87123 (Preferred).
  • Ability to relocate to Albuquerque, NM 87123 before starting work (Preferred).
