About the position

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our team at an Ithaca home-building firm that specializes in custom building and design. As the Designer, you will work closely with the on-site building teams to create truly one-of-a-kind projects for our wonderful clients. No two projects are alike, providing you with the opportunity to express your creativity and think outside the box. In addition to your design responsibilities, this role offers the flexibility to wear multiple hats, as you will also serve as the Project Coordinator. Beyond the design work, you will be responsible for material selections and procurement, scheduling material and subcontractor flow, and collaborating directly with clients to bring their visions to life. You will manage a seamless flow between the client, office, and site work to ensure the success of each project. Working with an amazing team filled with creative problem-solvers and immense talent, you will have the unique benefit of seeing your designs come to life in real time. Each day will present a fun, new adventure with incredible projects and wonderful clients!
