About the position

The Interior Design - Fabric Showroom Assistant at Pindler is a full-time role focused on supporting the showroom manager in the daily operations of a fabric showroom. The assistant will engage with designers, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in managing fabric samples and customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet designers in the showroom.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering emails and telephone promptly.
• Correctly input customer orders and collect payment.
• Assist customers in selecting fabrics for design projects.
• Familiarize customers with the showroom, new products, and closeouts.
• Assist outside sales representatives with customer requests.
• Check out/log and fill sample requests.
• Maintain fabric sample equipment.
• Pull dropped fabric and re-work wings according to corporate direction.
• Maintain an orderly showroom appearance.
