About the position

We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Interior Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial interior design, particularly in corporate environments. Proficiency in Revit is essential, as you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and layouts using this software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative interior design solutions for commercial projects.
• Utilize Revit to produce high-quality design documents, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
• Conduct site assessments and space planning, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist in material selection and specification, creating mood boards and design presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in commercial interior design, with a preference for corporate projects.
• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of commercial design principles, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• License in Interior Design is preferred but not required.
