Responsibilities

• Leading the interior design process from concept development through to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Developing innovative and creative interior design concepts that align with client objectives and project requirements.
• Utilizing expert knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Collaborating closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated design approach.
• Managing FF&E, including selection, specification, and installation.
• Presenting designs to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design and architecture.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality, restaurant, or retail projects.
• A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or certification as an Interior Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Extensive experience in FF&E selection, specification, and procurement.
• Demonstrated expertise in space planning.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions for hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead a project from concept to completion.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional interior environments.
