About the position

The Interior Designer III at ID+A is a senior-level role responsible for designing and detailing various interior spaces, collaborating closely with other designers and the sales team. This position requires a deep understanding of industry standards, products, and processes, as well as the ability to present design solutions to clients. The designer will also monitor project profitability and manage design resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Interior Designers, Project Designers, and Sales team to design and detail spaces of various complexity.
• Present design solutions to clients and propose a variety of furniture options.
• Fully specify and detail projects, conducting on-site field verifications as needed.
• Monitor contract profitability and manage Interior Design resources.
• Attract and retain talent through mentorship and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain a unified design process.
• Create, measure, and monitor design processes and standards for efficiency.
• Solicit, write, revise, and produce design contracts.
• Foster continuous improvement of the team through training opportunities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project partners for project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum five years' experience in the interior design field.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of furniture design and interior construction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including One Drive, Teams, and Outlook.

• Full-time position with competitive salary range of $63.5K - $80.4K per year.
