About the position

HMA Architects is seeking an Interior Designer/Interior Architect to join their team in Saint Cloud, MN. This full-time, in-person role involves working on a diverse range of architectural projects, including office spaces, healthcare facilities, and hospitality venues. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative, community-centered designs that reflect the firm's commitment to quality and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Develop design concepts and create detailed construction drawings.
• Select finishes, lighting, and furniture for various projects.
• Prepare concept boards and specifications for client presentations.
• Utilize software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and documentation.
• Ensure design excellence and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Interior Design / Architecture program.
• 2-5 years of experience in a commercial architect or interior design office.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Blubeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape, and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Professional licensure and/or certification preferred.
