About the position

Artemest is seeking an experienced Interior Designer & Project Manager to join its Miami office as a founding team member. This role involves managing high-end projects, providing tailored design solutions using Artemest's curated collections, and overseeing custom and bespoke requests. The position requires collaboration with global teams to ensure seamless execution while delivering luxury designs for residential, hospitality, and retail projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, curating selections from Artemest's product range, including furniture, lighting, and accessories.
  • Create mood boards, product proposals, and floor plans to present cohesive design solutions.
  • Manage the entire process, from product selection to procurement, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee bespoke product requests, working with artisans and Milan's trade project team to ensure flawless execution.
  • Coordinate installations and final placements, ensuring a seamless design experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with architects, developers, and interior designers.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, custom orders, and new collections, while addressing client feedback and concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction from project initiation through completion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and creative solutions that align with client goals.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with developers and designers in the residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including design plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Use CRM tools to track project progress and manage client interactions.
  • Represent Artemest at industry events, networking with local design professionals to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct presentations on Artemest's offerings, customization options, and trade benefits.
  • Support trade event strategies to grow Artemest's presence in Florida.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in interior design and project management, with a focus on furniture, lighting, and accessories.
  • Strong understanding of the Florida design market and established relationships in the industry.
  • Proven ability to manage high-end design projects from concept to completion, including bespoke requests.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive mindset and passion for luxury craftsmanship and design.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and CRM tools.
  • Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus.
