Responsibilities

• Provide interior architecture and design support to the firm.
• Produce construction documents in AutoCAD.
• Assist with procurement and administrative tasks for the Design Principal and team.
• Develop and draft space plans, elevations, and design details as needed.
• Specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in drafting at a design or architecture firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and follow up on tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service for at least 3 years.
• Ability to create renderings and presentation materials.
