About the position

Cabinets Extraordinaire is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Designer to join our team. This full-time position involves working in a reputable design/build firm that specializes in home renovations, particularly kitchen and bathroom remodeling. The role requires a blend of design expertise and sales acumen to effectively meet client needs and drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Design and selections for kitchen and bath projects
• Write full detailed scopes of work
• Accurate measuring and cabinet designs
• Pricing and closing sales
• Co-managing overall projects
• Following up with clients professionally and promptly
• Understanding client's needs quickly
• Maintaining all sales activity records

Requirements

• At least 10 years of kitchen and bath design experience
• At least 10 years of proven sales experience
• Proficient in Chief Architect design software or similar
• Ability to create full scopes of work and blueprints
• Extensive cabinetry and residential construction knowledge
• Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and hit sales goals
• Ability to multi-task and follow established company policies and procedures
