The Interior Designer/Sales position involves working in a retail environment to provide design solutions and sales support to customers. The position offers unlimited pay potential through commission and is based in the Appleton showroom, requiring weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Start to Finish create solutions to fit customers' needs in a retail store
• Creating trust with the client
• Pick out the selection from options available
• Place the order and take the payments
• Follow-up after the items are delivered
• Master at follow up and communication with customers and internal co-workers
• Stay up to date with current trends and competitor happenings
• Create raving fans, do the right thing, be kind
