Responsibilities

• Start to finish create solutions to fit customers' needs in a retail store.
• Create trust with the client.
• Select options from available inventory for clients.
• Place orders and process payments.
• Follow up after items are delivered to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal co-workers.
• Stay updated on current trends and competitor activities.
• Create raving fans through exceptional service and kindness.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Previous experience in interior design and furniture sales is preferred.
• Ethical problem solver with a positive attitude.
• Coachable and a good listener.
• Professional appearance to project a strong sales persona.
