About the position

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Haute Designs in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. The designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional kitchen, bath, and interior designs, collaborating with clients, project management, and overseeing the installation process. The designer will also participate in events that support the local community, reflecting the company's commitment to community engagement and support. Responsibilities

• Create innovative and functional kitchen, bath, and interior designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee the installation process to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Participate in community events to support local initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience using 2020 design software preferred.
• Sales experience of at least 3 years is required.
• Customer service experience of at least 3 years is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry skills are essential.
• Customer Service and Communication abilities are necessary.
• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is preferred.
• Prior experience in interior design or architecture is beneficial.
