About the position

LPA, Inc. is seeking a passionate Interior Designer to join their integrated team, which includes architects, engineers, and landscape architects. This role involves collaboration on various projects across Texas and California, focusing on both public and private clients. The position emphasizes sustainability and aims to create a positive impact through design, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
  • Assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in executing specific assignments.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
  • Conduct research for product and construction methods related to projects.
  • Attend construction meetings and field visits to understand detailing and coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects.
  • Experience in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
