About the position

The Interior Designer at Krueger International Incorporated will play a crucial role in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients. This remote position, based out of Orlando, FL, involves collaboration with Sales Specialists, dealers, and customers to provide expert design solutions while adhering to building codes and inspection requirements. The designer will utilize CAD/CET for space planning, quoting, and finish recommendations, and may also participate in customer presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs
• Prepare presentations for clients
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Architectural Design, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Rendering skills
• Some previous commercial furniture design experience desired
• Strong visual and spatial awareness

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CET software
