About the position

The Interior Designer role at Actalent involves providing comprehensive design and space planning solutions for multi-family housing, hospitality, and interiors projects. The designer will be responsible for creating contract documents, coordinating finishes, and ensuring project consistency from the initial design phase through installation, utilizing tools like AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Create design and space planning solutions for multi-family housing, hospitality, and interiors projects.
• Prepare contract documents and coordinate finishes, FF&E specifications, RCP's, elevations, and millwork details.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for project designs.
• Support projects from the initial design phase through to installation.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure project consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial, multi-family, healthcare, and/or hospital interior design.
• Experience supporting projects from design to installation.
• Ability to grow into a project management role.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong understanding of space planning and FF&E specifications.
• Ability to coordinate detailed elevations and millwork.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and autonomy in managing design projects.
