The Interior Designer will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. The role requires the ability to create design concepts and presentations using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Revit. Additionally, the designer will develop detailed plans, including layouts and color schemes, and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Create design concepts and presentations using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Revit.
• Develop detailed plans, including layouts and color schemes.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Revit.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to draft in Revit detailed floor plans and elevations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in themed design.
• Knowledge in other disciplines that contribute to overall design such as MEP, ShowSet, SFX, Audio/Video.
