About the position

IBB Design is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join their award-winning team. The role involves creating high-quality, color-infused spaces while ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, sales, and client relationship management, and will be responsible for guiding clients through the design process from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts to clients.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, interior designers, builders, and other industry professionals.
• Educate clients on products and guide them through the design experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Manage multiple projects and follow through on all details.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent skill set.
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture, lighting, custom soft goods, and furnishings.
• Ability to create hand drawings and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
