Luna Architecture, located in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a highly motivated and licensed Interior Designer/Project Manager with a strong background in hospitality and multi-family design. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that operates across various architectural market segments, focusing primarily on commercial projects such as hotels and restaurants. The role requires a minimum of three years of experience in producing commercial construction documents specifically for restaurant, hotel, and multi-family project types. The Interior Designer/Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects with the interior design staff, ensuring that all aspects of the design process are executed efficiently and effectively. A high level of proficiency in software tools such as REVIT, AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential, along with a solid understanding of current code applications and standards. In this position, the Interior Designer/Project Manager will create and assist in the production of interior construction documentation and detailing. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for collaborating with staff and clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of self-supervision, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Produce commercial construction documents for restaurant, hotel, and multi-family projects.
  • Coordinate projects with interior design staff.
  • Create and assist in the production of interior construction documentation and detailing.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of organization throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality design.
