About the position

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Interior Designer to join their Mid-Atlantic Buildings team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves collaborating on the design and creation of schematics and concepts that adhere to programming requirements and health and safety codes. The Interior Designer will also be responsible for producing construction drawing sets and presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and create schematics and concepts for commercial interiors projects including retail, hospitality, and workplace environments.
• Assist in site visits and attend manufacturer representative meetings on behalf of the company.
• Maintain the department library and samples.
• Meet with clients, consultants, and in-house leaders to understand and fulfill client goals and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional commercial design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, and SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong technology skills, particularly with Revit.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English for job-related communications.
