About the position

Accent on Kitchens is seeking an experienced Interior Designer specializing in Kitchen & Bath Design to join our seacoast design center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential design and be proficient in K&B software, particularly 20/20 or Chief Architect. This role involves consulting with clients, managing leads, and providing exceptional customer service in a showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and manage leads provided to you.
• Make outbound calls to generate business.
• Engage in lead generating activities.
• Create a friendly and accommodating atmosphere for customers.
• Help customers determine their needs and facilitate requests efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and abide by general guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and provide timely customer service.
• Demonstrate strong organization and time-management skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in the residential marketplace (Kitchen & Bath Design)
• Proficiency with K&B Software such as 20/20 or Chief Architect
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
