As an Interior Designer at Actalent, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of various projects, primarily focusing on multi-family housing, hospitality, and interior spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire design process, from initial concept development through to the final installation. You will be expected to provide comprehensive design solutions, including space planning, the creation of contract documents, and the coordination of finishes. Your expertise will also extend to specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), as well as developing reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), elevations, and detailed millwork specifications. In this position, you will collaborate closely with a design team of 11 professionals, including a Design Manager and a Senior Designer.
