About the position

The Interior Designer position at TowerPinkster involves leading design responsibilities for various projects, focusing on both creative and technical aspects. The role requires the completion of working drawings and specifications, client engagement, and collaboration with project teams to develop design solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead design responsibilities for projects and client teams.
• Complete working drawings and specifications for projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop finish plans, product selections, and casework layouts.
• Create interior elevations, renderings, and millwork designs.
• Prepare interior signage drawings and furniture plans.
• Coordinate with project teams to create interior design documents.
• Review and revise product specifications for project manuals.
• Research code requirements and barrier-free guidelines for interiors.
• Create presentation documents and 3D renderings using software like Revit and Enscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• Five to seven years of professional Interior Design experience.
• Working toward or have obtained NCIDQ Certification.
• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• 3D computer graphic skills preferred, along with hand sketching ability.
• Knowledge of building code, barrier-free, and ADA requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Enscape is a plus.
• Dynamic graphic presentation skills.
