About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Vegas Design Build. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments, ensuring that each project reflects the client's vision while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for interior spaces.
• Develop design concepts that incorporate color theory, lighting design, and spatial planning.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD software and tools such as 3ds Max and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that align with the overall design vision.
• Manage remodeling and renovation projects from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Present design ideas to clients through sketches, mood boards, and digital presentations using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software is essential; experience with 3ds Max and Rhinoceros 3D is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and lighting design principles.
• Experience in remodeling and renovation projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for creating presentations and design documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
