About the position

The Sales & Design Consultant at Roche Bobois is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a high-end furniture showroom. This role involves welcoming clients, presenting the Roche Bobois collections, and utilizing design software to assist in project planning. The consultant will also manage customer inquiries, coordinate with the customer service department, and ensure the showroom is well-merchandised according to corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in the showroom.
• Learn and present Roche Bobois collections to clients.
• Apply Roche Bobois policies and provide key information for sales.
• Utilize 3D software tools for project planning.
• Follow up with leads and maintain professional communication.
• Manage factory purchases and place orders with factories.
• Provide updates to clients regarding their orders.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach and follow up on service requests.
• Update store tagging and assist in showroom merchandising.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in furniture sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and organizational skills.
• Motivation to work in a sales environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Interior Designer certification.
• Experience with CAD and Photoshop.
