About the position

The Interior Designer at Zoom Casa, LLC will play a crucial role in managing design projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary contact for real estate agents and homeowners. This position emphasizes customer satisfaction and aims to maximize clients' return on investment through curated home improvements and staging services. The designer will work both remotely and in the field, particularly in the Dallas, TX area, and will be responsible for fostering relationships with contractors and vendors while overseeing project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed walkthroughs and consultations to real estate agents and homeowners, driven by a desire to provide a return on their investment.
• Convert home improvement and staging leads into contracted projects.
• Serve as the liaison between real estate agents, their clients, and vendors.
• Oversee projects through their lifecycle, prioritizing communication and client satisfaction; on-site and virtual project management.
• Prepare project proposals and confirm selection of building materials and items with clients.
• Connect with vendors to promote and cultivate a strong service base, facilitate bids, and coordinate projects.
• Maintain written and photographic documentation to validate and report project information.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, as determined by clients.
• Utilize technological resources to streamline consultations and project management processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of interior design experience.
• 1-2 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; able to interact in a polite, professional manner with customers and business partners at all times.
• Expert organizational, time-management, and project management skills; ability to oversee multiple ongoing projects.
• Ability to effectively work with a team and collaborate cross-departmentally.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and smartphone technologies.
• Complex problem-solver; motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and expand resources.
