About the position

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic junior interior designer to join our boutique high-end residential interior design firm. This full-time position offers an opportunity for growth and development within a fast-paced environment, focusing on new construction, remodels, furnishings, and accessorizing. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about design, assisting senior designers in daily tasks and participating in client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs
• Prepare presentations for clients
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Carry out orders and designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
• Good presentation, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• Fast learner and self-motivated
• Passion for design
