About the position

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Interior Designer to join their Mid-Atlantic Buildings team in Conshohocken, PA. The role involves collaborating on the design and creation of schematics and concepts that adhere to programming requirements and health and safety codes. The Interior Designer will be responsible for producing construction drawing sets and presentation materials, while also engaging with clients and other stakeholders to fulfill project goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and create schematics and concepts for commercial interiors projects including retail, hospitality, and workplace environments.
• Prepare construction drawing sets and presentation materials.
• Conduct site visits and attend manufacturer representative meetings.
• Maintain the department library and samples.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams to understand and meet project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional commercial design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, and SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong technology skills, particularly with Revit.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for job-related communications.
