The Workroom is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join their team in Mill Valley, CA. This full-time position involves managing multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution under the guidance of the principal designer. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in AutoCAD, with a keen understanding of current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Source products and materials for design presentations.
• Manage client profiles and product selection in IVY application.
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and confidently.
• Lead projects and manage a design assistant or junior designer.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of interior design experience.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and client consultations.
• Strong knowledge of trade resources.
• Leadership abilities and self-motivation.
