About the position

NEST Design Group is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their team, specializing in high-end residential projects. This role involves collaborating closely with the Design Director and Lead Designer to develop design concepts and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and realization of project from start to finish
• Ensure on-time delivery of all documents needed at each project phase
• Review, in collaboration with the Design Director and Lead Designer, all documents to ensure they meet design intent, client's needs and visions, and project budget constraints
• Work in tandem with Design Director to communicate and review project scope, schedule, budget and staffing needs
• Attend site visits, client presentations and coordinate meetings as required
• Present and coordinate design presentations to clients as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional interior designer with experience in residential
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
• Excellent communication & client relations skills
• Self-starter who catches on quickly and takes initiative
