About the position

We are seeking a part-time Interior Designer for a fully remote contract position, focusing on ensuring consistency and quality in lobby spaces across multiple locations. The role involves streamlining the design process to align lobby spaces with the company's brand as it expands through acquisitions and new openings. This position is expected to last 2-3 months with the possibility of extension, requiring 10-15 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities

• Visit locations to document, photograph, and measure lobby spaces.
• Implement design updates and maintain consistency across locations.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Construction teams to finalize design details and avoid oversight.
• Act as a liaison, coordinating and confirming details with stakeholders.
• Organize and track design changes, improving workflow and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience managing interior design for multi-location spaces.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to follow up and ensure details are captured.
• Proficiency in design tools for documentation and visualization.
