About the position

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for clients. This role involves working on various projects from concept development to execution, ensuring that the design meets the client's needs and vision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements
• Develop design concepts and presentations using software such as CAD, Revit, and 3ds Max
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation
• Select furniture, materials, lighting, and artwork to enhance the space
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project completion
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, Bluebeam, 3ds Max, and Rhinoceros 3D
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices
• Experience in sales or project management is a plus
• Ability to renovate spaces while considering functionality and aesthetics
