Responsibilities

• Furniture/space configuration and design
• Specification books creation
• Color coordination
• Sample material ordering and vendor correspondence
• Custom furniture shop drawings and specifications
• Customer service and phone support
• Client correspondence via email and phone
• Design presentation submittals to clients and corporate offices
• Graphics layouts
• Assisted creation of purchasing/procurement files
• Room matrices
• Possible travel to project sites with another team member

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 1 year of interior design experience
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Rendering (3Ds Max)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly detail-oriented with great organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong time management skills
• Strong passion for interior design
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Responsiveness to direction and clients' needs
