Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the design phase and client selection process.
  • Act as the clients' advocate to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Effectively manage the client selections timeline in collaboration with the client.
  • Facilitate design and construction progress meetings, providing updates on selections.
  • Create agendas and document meeting minutes for progress meetings.
  • Conceptualize and sketch design plans for selections when necessary.
  • Execute client selections according to the Required Selections Timeline.
  • Maintain maximum quality and efficiency in assigned tasks and deliverables, aiming for an 80% billable efficiency rate.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for rendering requirements.
  • Manage all deliveries to the offsite storage unit.
  • Create and manage the furniture selections timeline, aligning it with client selections and construction schedules.
  • Collaborate with the office staff for budget tracking on furnishings projects.
  • Work closely with the project manager throughout the project, starting from selections.
  • Foster client satisfaction through miscellaneous gifts and end-of-project gatherings.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in interior design, specifically in high-end residential construction projects.
  • Acute attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Sense of urgency and self-motivation.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
