About the position

The Interior Designer position at Page Southerland Page, Inc. involves working on diverse and complex design projects within a collaborative team environment. The role focuses on executing design concepts, overseeing all phases of design projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with experience in Multifamily Residential, Hospitality, and Workplace design.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers and Architects to execute design concepts on projects.
• Oversee all phases of design projects from initial client interviews and project programming through contract administration including furniture service.
• Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Interior Design from a commercial design firm, with a background of designing on multiple project types.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited college or university.
• Proficient working knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial building and accessibility codes.
