About the position

The Interior Designer at Southcoast Health is responsible for overseeing design standards and providing leadership within project teams. Responsibilities

• Oversee the design standards for Southcoast Health under the direction of Design and Construction leadership.
• Provide leadership within the project team and direct design options based on client-driven criteria.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
• Knowledge of healthcare codes and regulations.
• Experience coordinating work with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
• Proficiency in ACAD, Revit, Enscape, Word, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong client presentation and management skills.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare-specific interior design experience.
• Minimum of four years of professional design development experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Certificate of passage of NCIDQ examination preferred.
