This full-time position focuses on high-end residential and luxury commercial design, emphasizing a collaborative environment and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple project details while reporting to the Head Interior Designer and Principal Architect.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create high-end residential and luxury commercial projects.
• Manage project details and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, particularly in the Santa Barbara and Los Angeles areas.
• Prepare visual presentations for both digital and tactile formats.
• Oversee project purchasing and expediting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-end residential and luxury commercial projects.
• Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand plans and elevations.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Studio Design Webware (Interiors accounting program).
• Experience with project purchasing and expediting.
