About The Position

We are seeking full-time interior renovation professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in various aspects of interior renovation, including carpentry, painting, drywall finishing, electrical work, and plumbing. This position requires a strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity. Candidates should be dependable and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carpenter Helper: Basic knowledge of carpentry tools.
• Finisher Carpenter: Experience installing cabinets, trim, doors, molding, etc.
• Painter: Spray, brush, roll, stain, and clear coat; general carpentry; interior work; basic set of tools.
• Drywall/Sheetrock Finisher: Proficient in drywall repairs; skill in compound, sanding, painting, and complete finish work; general carpentry; a set of basic tools; interior work.
• Electrician: Rough-in/trim out; replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, devices; troubleshooting.
• Plumber: Minimum 5 years experience in multi-family plumbing renovations; well-rounded tradesperson; rough-in, trim out; tub installation; kitchen and bath plumbing fixture installation; ability to work independently and productively; strong communication; safety-oriented work ethic.
