You will also attend all coordination meetings, manage notes, and ensure the timely disbursement of meeting minutes to relevant parties, as directed by the Senior Project Manager. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple assignments independently, showcasing your skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design. We are looking for a candidate who is fully competent in architectural practices and can independently perform a variety of assignments. Responsibilities

  • Contribute creative ideas and technical expertise to architectural design projects.
  • Develop design concepts and produce detailed drawings.
  • Assist in project coordination and manage project documentation.
  • Perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies.
  • Create limited design layouts that align with brand interests.
  • Attend coordination meetings and manage meeting notes and minutes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Registered Architect preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in architectural design.
  • Experience with campus style developments (multiple buildings).
  • Experience with theme park, hospitality, Retail/Dining/Entertainment (RDE) projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Creative Suite (INDD, PS).
  • Strong presentation skills (graphic, verbal, and written).
  • Ability to travel as required.
