Responsibilities

• Support jobs from concept studies and presentations through technical execution.
• Collaborate with team members on various architectural projects.
• Prepare design documentation and presentations for clients.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC for project development.
• Engage in residential design and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited college/university.
• 3-8 years of architectural office experience.
• Experience with residential design and documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with hospitality design.
• SketchUp or other modeling/rendering experience.
